Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We ship within the United States only: all 50 states and Washington, DC. We do not ship internationally.
Made to order
Every canvas is printed and stretched after you order it by our US production partners. Orders cannot be produced faster than the standard production time.
- Production: 2–7 business days.
- Transit (Standard): 2–5 business days after shipping.
- Alaska and Hawaii: transit can take longer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays.
Rates
Shipping is calculated live at checkout from your delivery address, the size of your prints and the number of items. You always see the exact cost before you pay.
If a live rate is temporarily unavailable, we charge a flat $12 for the first print plus $4 for each additional print.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Orders ship directly from the print facility, so items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your address. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we can reship it at your cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows the package was lost, or it arrived damaged, contact us at orders@homesteadfineprints.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will send a free replacement or a refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
